This combined Bugis project had to accommodate the identities of Niu Dian and K-Town while supporting the practical demands of an active F&B operation.
Design and delivery approach
EFR Design Pte Ltd organised the interior so the two customer-facing concepts could read clearly within one coordinated fit-out. Circulation, service areas, finishes and built-in work were developed as connected project requirements.
